We'll snap a quick picture once we're done to keep for our record

You'll have to

Stay at home on the day of your delivery to provide access, you can provide special instructions for the delivery team by contacting our sales line

Ensure the access into your home is as clear as possible, this can include any shoes or obstructions leading into your kitchen.

Clear any obstructions from around your Appliance, this can include but not limited to, the space under your kithchen sink next to your washing machine or ontop of your Fridge Freezer

If you've only selected Installation, have your old appliance removed and disconnected

Check your current connections to make sure everything is accessible and in working condition prior to our arrival

We won't be able to

We won't be able to make any alterations to your existing connections, when we Install we use your current working connections to do so.

Install to an unsafe connection

We won't be able to make any alterations to your existing kitchen cabinetry or worktops

Alter any part of your property to gain access
