The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the site as well as our sales desk. Please read the information

2. Prices

2.1 All prices listed on the site are in Pound sterling and include VAT but may exclude any delivery charges and card transaction charges.
2.2 We reserve the right to change the advertised price at any time.
2.3.1 The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time of placing the order, except in the case an error has occurred with the prices listed on the site.
2.3.2 Please note, prices change on a daily basis, when placing an order, you are purchasing an item at the price shown at the time.
2.3.3 Should the price of an item decrease after your order has been placed, we will be unable to offer you the difference.

2.4 In the event an error has been discovered with the price you have purchased an item at.
2.4.1 We will inform you as soon as we have been notified to either cancel the order or take payment of the correct amount
2.4.2 If you cancel your order, you will be provided with a full refund.
2.4.3 If we were unable to get through to yourself, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment can be made using most major credit cards, we also accept all debit cards.
3.2 We take full payment before releasing your order.
3.3 We will not be able to post a copy of your invoice, only an electronic copy will be sent out which will be received on your email address provided.
3.4 Voucher codes are occasionally released you can find voucher codes on our designated discount page.

4. Availability

4.1 All products are subject to availability; this changes all the time due to the nature of our Business.
4.2 If your order cannot be fulfilled for whatever reason you will be offered a similar alternative, or you could choose to wait until your item is restocked. Your order can also be cancelled where you will be provided with a full refund.
4.3 If you have placed an order for a discontinued item, we will provide you with the latest equivalent so long as the item is available and at a similar price, so long as the price difference is reasonable, costs will either be absorbed or you will be advised of the difference in cost.

5. Delivery

5.1 We only provide delivery to all postcodes in London as well as some neighbouring areas.
5.2 We do not charge for delivery for all orders over £150 so long as delivery is for within London, you may be charged an out of service delivery charge which will be calculated at the point of sale.
5.3 Delivery costs are not hidden fees you will be advised of this charge when placing your order.
5.4 Upon delivery your signature may be required, alternatively we may take an image of your item being delivered.
5.5 You can select your delivery date at checkout when placing your order using our site, If your order has been placed as a back order you will be advised of an estimated delivery date.
5.5.1 All estimated delivery dates are simply estimates, these may be subject to change for reasons out of our control (e.g sudden stock shortages, manufacturer delays or vehicle breakdowns), It is always best not to book out your own fitters until your item has been delivered, we will not be liable for any losses, costs or damages caused by delayed delivery.
5.5.2 You can cancel your delivery at any time up to 7pm , the day before your delivery, for a full refund. Cancellation Requests received after this time, may result in cancellation charges. Stocking charges apply
5.6 The Evening before your delivery we aim to notify yourself of an approximate delivery timing.
5.6.1 You will receive an SMS Notification between the hours of 7pm – 12am the evening before with your allocated timeslot providing, we have received your contact details.
5.6.2 All built in appliances are installed upon delivery or we aim to do so unless extra works are required in which a re visit will be required.
5.6.3 We aim to install Gas appliances on the same day of delivery, Gas safe engineers visit your property approximately a few hours after delivery to install your appliance, If your gas fitting has been delayed we will not be liable for any losses.
5.7 You cannot choose your own delivery timing; we allocate your delivery timing and expect yourself to be present during the full timeslot.
5.7.1 Delivery timeslots are simply estimates to minimise disturbance to our Customers Actual delivery times may change due to conditions beyond our own control, due to this fact you must ensure someone is at the property to provide access the entire day.
5.7.2 Drivers contact customers before arrival, you can expect a 10 Minute notice at minimum from our delivery team, we will not be able to wait for yourself should you not be in, the maximum timing we can wait is 5 Minutes, if we are kept longer then this, this will result in a failed delivery at which you can be charged.

5.8 We will only deliver up to the fourth floor without a lift, we must be notified of the difficulty of a delivery beforehand, failure to notify us of your delivery conditions may result in failing your delivery.
5.8.1 We will deliver to a room of your choice, all access must be kept clear, if your property incurs any damages whilst delivering, we will not be held responsible nor accept any liability.
5.8.2 Once an item has been delivered the product is then your responsibility, you may be charged if any damages are made to a product upon returning it.

5.8.3 Clearing any obstruction on access falls under the responsibility of the Customer, we cannot and will not make alterations to any properties when delivering unless agreed prior to ordering.

6. Unwanted Products

Under the consumer contracts regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving a reason.
6.1 You have the choice of returning unwanted goods using your own means, should you wish for us to collect your item this will be at a minimum cost of £99, which will be deducted from your refund. American fridge freezer or Range cookers can be collected for a minimum cost of £149, we may choose to reduce this cost depending on circumstances or whether you wish to purchase an alternative product.
6.2 whilst the product is in your possession you have a duty of care, we reserve the right to charge yourself if the item is no longer in the same condition as it was on delivery.
6.3 If the item has been used and you simply no longer wish to keep the item you will be charged 50% of the products value. If the items were installed by us this fee will not be refunded.
6.4 We reserve the right to apply any re handling charged should the item not be in the same condition as was when sold.

7. Damaged and Faulty goods

We will supply products that are in conformance with this contract, nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
7.1 If your item has developed a fault within 30 days, we reserve the right to verify the unit is indeed faulty either by sending out one of our own engineers or a manufacturer engineer, should an item not be faulty you may be charged a call out fee. Should the item fail to work due to an incorrect installation by yourselves or a third party, we will not take responsibility.
7.2 If you discover an item is damaged you must notify us immediately to action a resolution, we must be notified within 48 hours of your delivery otherwise we will not be able to help nor take responsibility. Contact our customer services team on CS@L-D-A.NET.

8. Additional Services

If requested we will collect your old appliance on a like for like basis, should your collected item be of greater size then that delivered you may be charged an additional fee.
If you have requested for an additional service to be cancelled such as installation/recycling on the day of delivery this will be non-refundable, you may however be able to add a service on the day of your delivery for which you must pay at your earliest convenience, Drivers will not be able to take payment for any of these services.

9. Installation

We offer installation services in all postcodes in London, although we offer next day delivery we may not be able to offer next day installation and therefore your estimated delivery date may be subject to change.
When installing all Appliances we expect the relevant connections on your end, should this not be the case we may charge an additional fee to complete these installations.
9.1 Built in Appliances
We expect a like for like fitting for all built in appliances, if your fitting is different this may result in an additional fee, If you have ordered an appliance and our installers believe the wrong unit has been ordered we will notify yourself and may fail the installation.
9.1.1 If the unit has been installed and you decide this is the incorrect unit since the item has been installed, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund nor would the installation fee be refunded.
9.2 Gas appliances
All relevant fittings must be present at the property for us to install your unit.

9.3 We will Install with utmost care to product and property, if your property incurs any damages whilst Installing, we will not be held responsible nor accept any liability.
