Below are some important guides, so when the days comes your installation goes smoothly.

Laundry guide

As part of this service we will,

1.Dispose of the old appliance in an environmentally-friendly manner. ✅

2.Unbox the new product and dispose of the packaging. ✅

3.Take off the plinths and panel door from the old appliance. ✅

4.Carry out necessary basic carpentry tasks such as drilling holes. ✅

Unfortunately we won't

1.Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections. ❌

2.Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk. ❌

3.Alter any part of the customer's property to gain access. ❌

4.Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines. ❌

5.Make alterations to stone worktops. ❌

Refrigeration guide

✔ Remove the old appliance for recycling.

✔ Unpack your new product, remove and recycle the packaging.

✔ Remove the plinths and panel door of your old appliance.

✔ Do basic carpentry work required e.g. drilling holes.

✔ Level and fit neatly in the space.

✔ Fit the existing panel door to the new appliance.

✔ Connect the new appliance to existing pipework or electrical supply.

Unfortunately we won't

❌ Make changes to existing plumbing or electrical connections.

❌ Connect the appliance if it could pose a risk to the fitter or customer.

❌ Modify any part of the customer's property to gain access.

❌ Connect the appliance if it does not comply with safety guidelines.

❌ Alter stone worktops in any way.

Dishwasher guide

✔️ Take away your old appliance for recycling (if you've gone for the service).

✔️ Unpack your new product and dispose of the packaging.

✔️ Remove the plinths and panel door from your old appliance.

✔️ Carry out basic carpentry work as needed, such as drilling holes.

✔️ Ensure that the appliance is level and neatly fitted in the space.

✔️ Attach the existing panel door to the new appliance.

4.Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines. ❌

2.The necessary services such as water feed connection, waste pipe connection, and electricity connection are easily accessible?

Refrigeration checklist

1.Is the current housing suitable for the chosen appliance?

2.Does the selected appliance have the same hinging type as the existing one?

Dishwasher checklist

1.The current housing is suitable for the selected appliance?

2.The necessary services such as water feed connection, waste pipe connection, and electricity connection are easily accessible?

Oven checklist

1.Have you ensured that there are no combustible materials in the hot zone, including sockets and switches?

2.Does the selected appliance have the same hinging type as the existing one?

3.Have you checked that there is a gas supply to your kitchen and that you have Natural Gas supply?

4.Is there a cooker switch in place (usually a big red switch) that is positioned outside the hot zone?

5.Does the room have adequate ventilation through a specifically designed vent grille suitable for a gas appliance, providing fresh air from the outside?

6.Is there a 3-pin power plug or a FUSED spur located within 1.5m of where you want the appliance to be installed, positioned outside the hot zone?

7.Is your current appliance powered by the same fuel type as the new one?

Gas Appliance checklist
