Delivery

The Installation is currently due into our stock and we are offering free delivery. We provide delivery in London and surrounding areas. For customers outside our delivery region, please call our sales team at 02030519780 to discuss what options we can offer. Out of stock items usually arrive in 5-7 working days which is why we are providing you with an estimated delivery date of should this change, we will be in touch or you can always call us for more information. Our dedicated delivery teams can deliver to your home. They can deliver to a maximum of the third floor of your property. If your property exceeds this limit, please give our team a call to discuss alternative delivery options. We're here to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process for you.

Process

1. During checkout, you'll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date. Once you've selected your date, we'll send you an SMS message by 10pm on the evening before your delivery with a 5 hour time window for your delivery. This way, you'll know exactly when to expect your products and can plan accordingly.
2. Our driver will also give you a call to let you know when they are on their way. This will provide you with a timely update and ensure that you are prepared to receive your products. We strive to provide the best customer experience and make sure that your delivery goes smoothly from start to finish.
