5 induction zones give you the space to sauté, simmer and boil, all at the same time – and that’s just one of the benefits of this flexible, accurate and energy efficient hob. The targeted accuracy of induction technology is like having an individual heating element in each pan. You heat the pan and its contents, not the hob itself, which makes cooking faster, safer and greener.
TrueTemp digital thermostat
TrueTemp is the digital thermostat that puts you in control. Where traditional oven dials leave space for temperature fluctuation, this accurate interface clearly displays your chosen temperature and allows you to adjust the heat in increments of five degrees. It’s all to help you achieve perfect results time after time. This 90cm electric model also features advanced induction technology, which heats the pan instead of the hob surface to make cooking safer, faster and more energy efficient. Each of the five induction zones is controlled by an intuitive touchscreen control panel, with the option to bridge them together to boost surface area for the biggest pans.
